The New Family Meal Cookbook Supports Restaurant Worker Relief

This May, some of the world's most celebrated chefs will release a new Family Meal cookbook for a very good cause.
While COVID-19 has impacted nearly every industry, none have been quite as devastated as that of the restaurant industry. To help support restaurants and hospitality workers through this pandemic, popular chefs such as Samin Nosrat, Alison Roman, Ina Garten, Christina Tosi, and Kwame Onwauchi, have come together to release the new Family Meal cookbook. Officially titled 'Family Meal: Recipes from Our Community,' the cookbook contains over 40 recipes from some of the most celebrated chefs and food industry professionals. The digital-only cookbook is being released by Penguin Random House and all proceeds will go towards the COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund, which was set up by the Restaurant Workers’ Community Foundation and aims to provide direct relief to restaurants and their staff.
The Family Meal cookbook will be available for sale digitally as of May 5th from retailers such as Barnes & Noble and Amazon.
