InStride Health and Aetna Expand Access in the US

InStride Health, a provider of specialized outpatient care for pediatric anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), has partnered with Aetna to expand access to its evidence-based treatment programs for families in Massachusetts and Connecticut. This collaboration ensures that over 90% of commercial insurance members in these states can now access InStride’s comprehensive care model, which includes a multidisciplinary team of therapists, psychiatrists, and exposure coaches.

The evidence-based treatment program focuses on moderate to severe cases of anxiety and OCD. One of its key offerings is virtual treatment which incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy and exposure therapy. Unlike traditional care models, InStride provides continuous support between sessions with the hopes of empowering patients and their families with tools to manage their conditions effectively and ultimately achieve long-term improvement.
