ENTER Sake Black is hoping to change the perception of sake cups with its quality flavor and craftsmanship. Sake cups—providing a single serving of ready-to-drink sake—were first introduced for the 1964 Tokyo Olympics but have since stayed as a pop culture symbol in Japan. The majority of these cups generally feature inexpensive sake and are sold at convenience stores, but ENTER Sake Black is aiming to change this by producing and offering high-quality sake in the familiar cup form.

Produced by ENTER Sake, this expression is brewed in the Sekiya Brewery in a mountain valley pass between Nagoya and Nagano. The location of the brewery gives ENTER Sake Black an incredibly pure style and presents white mountain flowers on the nose. The texture of the sake is clean and silky in texture, while a cleansing acidity provides structure to the body. The palate brings in plenty of fruits with beautiful hints of mango, peach and pineapple.
