Starbucks and Philips Hosted the Energy Up Cafe in the Netherlands

In order to help Dutch residents combat the winter blues, Starbucks Netherlands and lighting brand Philips collaborated to host the Energy Up Cafe. The series ran between January 25 and February 28, 2016, and invited consumers to test out the new Philips Energyup Lamp while enjoying a beverage at various Starbucks locations in the Netherlands.

The innovative promotional event is a great way for the brand to give consumers an opportunity to interact with the product while also showcasing the brand's dedication to consumer health and wellness.

Aimed helping consumers "recharge" during the winter months when they may not be getting enough sunlight exposure, the Energy Up Cafe is a clever way for both brands to invest in the consumer obsession with health and wellness.
