When it comes to energy monitoring, it can be a difficult field to navigate, so the 'MeWatt' is designed to help you keep track of appliances and more. With a plug-and-play setup, the 'MeWatt' works by simply being plugged into the wall and connected to a WiFi network. From here, it'll collect energy usage statistics from the appliance(s) plugged into the outlet to help users decrease their energy consumption.

The 'MeWatt' brings actionable information to users' smartphones when performing energy monitoring tasks. Rather than simply showing users how much energy is being consumed, it'll send notifications to let you know how to save money and reduce your carbon output.

The 'MeWatt' is currently being funded as part of a Kickstarter campaign for around two months.
