Mezcal-Inspired Menus

The Emmy x Dos Hombres Collab Plays Up the Bold, Smoky Nature of Mezcal

Emmy Squared Pizza teamed up with Dos Hombres—the award-winning mezcal brand founded by Breaking Bad stars Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul—to launch the Emmy x Dos Hombres limited-time menu. "We worked closely with the Dos Hombres crew and our friends at Spirits of Alchemy to create a menu that goes beyond what you expect from a pizza place," said Sergio Perez, SVP, Head of Marketing at Emmy Squared Pizza. On the mezcal-inspired menu, there are dishes inspired by the smoky character of the spirit, such as the El Jefe Detroit-Style Pizza and the Dos Hombres Dipped elote, an homage to Mexico City street food stands.

Naturally, the limited-time Emmy x Dos Hombres menu is complemented by mezcal cocktails like the Mezcaloma (an evolution of the Paloma) and Oaxacan Sour featuring house-made tamarind syrup.
