Ying Hern Pow's Electrolux Cydecar promises what few caterers and delivery restaurants can: the ability to serve up piping hot meals that literally finish cooking on the consumer's own driveway. Essentially, the kitchen has been relocated to a mobile unit attached to a motorcycle and the driver doubles as the chef.
A pizza oven, a refrigerator and a pantry can all be found on-board this souped up food truck sidecar, enabling the cook to acquire and combine each customer's choice ingredients in any urban or suburban location, just seconds after receiving a phone order. He then slides the base into bake, adjusts the time and temperature to suit the length of the trip and retrieves the scrumptious pie at the destination. The Electrolux Cydecar would guarantee unmatched freshness and efficiency.
