Following the success of its Tunacado Sandwich – which became a viral sensation on social media – Joe & The Juice has decided to unveil a similar new Eggcado Breakfast Sandwich.

Relying on the same winning formula as its Tunacado Sandwich, the new Eggcado Breakfast Sandwich combines a creamy, cage-free, hard-boiled egg mousse spread with low-fat mayo, sliced avocado, juicy tomato, fresh spinach, and Joe’s signature Spicy Sauce. The whole combination is served on Scandinavian ciabatta, which is hearty enough to carry the egg salad-like mixture.
