Ben Reade and Sashana Souza Zanella launched a Kickstarter campaign that aims to raise monetary funding for the duo's Edinburgh Food Studio. The two chefs have created the idea to design an interactive experience that invites guests to tour the facilities, admire the artistic foods and indulge in the edible displays.
While opening a restaurant is the traditional route, these two entrepreneurs are planning a much different approach. By combining art, science and quality food, the Edinburgh Food Studio will bring a unique dining and educational experience to each guest.
The business plan outlines that the studio will serve dinners Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. The chef duo also plan on working with "guest chefs, artists and even people who specialize in subject like poetry, perfume, botany and ceramics," which will creatively elevate each dinner.
