The bowls are made by blowing up a few balloons to the size of the desired bowl. Imagine half the balloon is gone and what you're left with will be the bowl size. First, place a glass bowl over a pot of water and add chocolate to melt it down -- white really makes the sprinkles stand out. When it's completely melted, take the blown up balloons and dip them into the chocolate to cover the entire lower half. Quickly roll the chocolate-covered balloons in a bowl of sprinkles -- whichever colors you desire! Next, let the rolled balloons set atop wax paper until they are hard.
