As the summer rapidly approaches, Eclipse Food gears up for warm weather to launch seven new ice cream flavors. The plant-based dairy company is based in Berkeley, California. The ice cream brand is currently focusing on bringing "cowlessly creamy" ice cream to the industry's forefront.
The startup food company aims to be the go-to consumer brand for alternative dairy products. Its seven new flavors help to expand its clientele scope. As of June 2021, Eclipse Foods' ice creams will include mango passion fruit, strawberry fields, mint chip, caramel butter pecan, the dark side of the spoon, and cookies n' cream flavors. These vibrant flavors are made with fully plant-based and vegan ingredients such as water, sugar, and canola oil.
