For the first time in nearly 100 years, a solar eclipse will soon pass over North America, and NASA is making sure that as many people as possible can appreciate the wondrous event with 'Eclipse Across America: Through the Eyes of NASA.' The livestreaming program will include coverage of the celestial event itself as well as coverage of eclipse-themed activities taking place in parks, libraries, stadiums, festivals, and museums around the US.

Eclipse Across America will air throughout the day on August 21st, the day of the solar eclipse. While the event itself won't last more than an hour or so in any single location, the moon will cast its shadow over the continent at different times depending on the location in question, making the Eclipse Across America program a captivating program to watch.
