Emerging Chinese auto company Qoros unveiled its eBIQE, a concept design for a next-generation electric bicycle with speed, style and cloud connectivity.
The eBIQE has a hand-laminated carbon-fiber body that gives it a sleek and luxurious look. However, its most amazing feature is surely its cloud connectivity. The bike comes equipped with a 3G connection and sports a handlebar-mounted touchscreen which offers navigation, maps as well as traffic and weather updates. The suite of connectivity options, collectively dubbed 'QorosQloud', can be accessed from smartphones, tablets, PCs and Macs via a dedicated website and app.
Gert Hildebrand, Executive Director of Design at Qoros, said the eBIQE concept "embodies some of our key philosophies -- simple and elegant design, cutting-edge technology and the desire to make our customers lives easier and more enjoyable."
