Dog Quente is presumably a short film; however, the gist of the storyline is told through these still photographs, which makes it interesting to try and figure out what is going on.
The Dog Quente storyline told through the photographs makes the images more important, as the viewer is supposed to make out the short film's premise through the visual expressions and reactions of the individuals on film. Without knowing it's a short film, Dog Quente still has some amazingly visual images which are both colorful and different.
