If you prefer to take baths, these DIY bath bombs will help you relax without breaking the bank on the full Lush range. From Julie at the Free People blog, the homemade bathing products are designed for use after the gym, making them ideal to treat potentially sore and aching muscles as well as reduce stress.
The DIY bath bombs are a combination of arnica oil, baking soda, bentonite clay, citric acid, epsom salts, essential oils of your choice as well as other oils. Julie prefers apricot, avocado, jojoba and/or sweet almond oil plus bergamot essential oil. The disintegrating balls can be made using a bath bomb mold, plastic container mold or even a meatball mold.
