If you want to know what Dial4Light is and aren’t clever enough to dissect the title I will fill you in. Dial4Light is probably the smartest idea I have heard in awhile. And I hear a lot of ideas.
Dial4Light is a service aimed at cutting energy costs in small and rural towns. Citizens of these towns have to make a phone call to Dial4Light if they want to ward off vampires/killers/scary people/darkness and turn the lights on.
