Miss Jones Baking Co. Launched a Vibrant 'Dessert in a Cup' Range

Miss Jones Baking Co. recently launched a range of Desserts in a Cup that offer quick and easy ways for consumers to make everything from single-serve cakes to cookies and brownies.

The Desserts in a Cup are packaged in colorful containers that can go straight into the microwave for about 30 seconds to prepare a tasty treat. The single-serve indulgences contain about 150 to 250 calories each and only require the addition of water and in some cases, oil.

In recent months, a number of brands are reviving the cake-in-a-mug category with better-for-you new products; while Cherryvale Farms' 'Instant Indulgence' range is nut-free, gluten-free and 100% plant-based, the 'Duncan Hines Perfect Size for 1' mixes boast 18 grams of whole grains per serving.
