Demi Barnes obtained the divorce form that makes up her glamorous ballroom gown from the Internet. Printing and filling one out, she proceeded to photocopy the rest. Endearingly, Demi Barnes states, "I didn’t really know how to do it at first. It was quite a challenge." In all, it took her a total of ten hours to complete the dress.
