In a world that's already filled with beloved beer brands and niche craft brews, Taiwan Beer set out to generate buzz around a new beer using delivery by drone.
Although delivery by drone has already proven a popular way for luxury hotels to share champagne with guests and for Coca-Cola to share sodas with unsuspecting people, the Taiwan beer company makes the drone come to life as a giant bee.
Since the target for the new beer is adults, the brand set up an online office delivery system. When an order was placed, a bee-shaped drone would quickly be dispatched to deliver a six-pack of honey beer to a group of people in need of a refresher. Quite quickly, the Bee Drones went viral, since everyone wanted to share the experience with their friends and then have the drones visit their own office.
