According to research collected by Deliveroo, breakfast orders on the Second Friday in December are 72% higher than normal and was named by the brand as "the most hungover day of the year."
To serve its hungover customers, Delvieroo will launch the 'Piggybank ATM,' a cashpoint that specifically gives away free bacon sandwiches provided by Oink Catering. Joe Groves, head of PR at Deliveroo, said: "Hangovers are brutal, especially at Christmas, and hopefully, instead of getting the fear at a cash point after a big spending spree, we can deliver a bit more joy."
The Piggybank ATM is located on Brushfield Street, London between 7 am and 2 pm from December 11th to 13th.
