A handful of brands are now producing dairy-free cream liqueurs and Waitrose is offering a unique take on a classic spirit that's not only plant-based and dairy-free but also clear. Wild-Arbor is gluten-free, lactose-free and sweetened with honey, and although it is as clear as water, it is said to have the same rich texture as cream liqueur.
Wild-Arbor was created to help meet the demand for plant-based dairy-free products in a creative way and prove that classic drinks can be modernized in an innovative way. The spirit can be enjoyed neat, with ice, enhanced with fresh ingredients or served in a cocktail.
