In order to mark the change in seasons, JOEY Restaurants is now launching a new spring menu that includes farmer's market-inspired salads, tequila sour drinks and a rotation of custom desserts to round out the enjoyment of a meal.
The Made-to-Order Ice Cream treats are all created in-house, beginning with liquid nitrogen and the restaurant's own ice cream base. When these two components are combined, JOEY Restaurants reports that: "This is what makes the creamiest and smoothest ice cream you have ever tasted." Based on the chef's choice, JOEY Restaurants is offering ice cream flavors like double chocolate, maple, Tahitian vanilla, strawberry and salted caramel.
