Co-operative and Mutual Solutions Ltd. "If the job is to make a community asset pay its way, then you need people who are entrepreneurial, innovative, able and willing to make a business work," Dave Hollings said on who to have on the team. "This will probably not be traditional community centre managers who are used to a funding and grant culture."
