Industrial Pendant Lamps

The Contour Light by Cofield is Inspired by Heat Shrink Tubing

It is undeniable that there is something very industrial about the Contour Light. That is because it makes use of heat shrink tubing in a very unique way. Stretched over a wire frame, it is turned into a rubber lampshade that is masculine and stylish. Yet the overall simplicity of the Contour Light allows it to fit virtually into any existing decor whether it is gender neutral or feminine.

Designed by Cofield, a product design studio founded by Sara Ebert and Jason Pfaeffle, the Contour Light is also quite vampy. In fact, people might drum up images from Rihanna's S&M music video when gazing at it. Nevertheless, the design of the Contour Light is very tastful and rather minimalist. The Contour Light is available in two versions: single or double heads.
