Beijing is known for its high-rise buildings and is a buzzing metropolis filled with economic opportunity. Jing Mian Xin Cheng is a contemporary architecture piece that is unlike the traditional Chinese high-rise.
The skyscraper is located in Beijing's Fourth Ring Road neighbourhood and boasts a sculptural facade that is inspired by fabric properties. The complex structure features protruding window elements that make up its textile-themed construction. This concept was inspired by the building's previous site that housed a textile factory and is a detail tourists will notice.
