MAD Architect designed the One River North, which is a beautiful residential building nestled in Colorado. The plan for the building was originally designed in 2021 and the structure has a height of 216 feet and features 16 floors in total. The building is inspired by the landscape and environment of the location and is highlighted by an impressive facade that is 'cracked' open to show off the 'Canyon' area.
Residents can actually walk along the mountain trail here and the facade is the main focus of the building itself. Visually, it seems like an earthquake has caused it but the purposeful design is comprised of various amenities including a fitness space, trail walking area, and multipurpose rooms.
