The Sweets Box concept range includes prototypes that showcase the versatility of Isomalt as a sugar replacer, which includes the Yuzu & Matcha Liquid Filled Candy, Caramel Coffee Candy and the Energy Drink Candy. The Isomalt in the formulations is lauded by BENEO as having impressive technical advantages for manufacturers like color stability, a slower dissolution rate to extend flavor release and a low hygroscopicity for reduces sickness.
