This 51-storey concrete condo tower entertains an unconventional scalloped framework. Designed by US firm Studio Gang, the residential building is to be developed in Brooklyn, New York. The architects are to use prefabricated concrete for the wavy exterior. Studio Gang concentrates on contributing to the living units by "thickening the facade."

The design of the condo tower is developed so that it embraces both an open concept, as well as a connection to nature. On one hand, the scooped windows offer an interesting design quirk that ultimately instills a notion of multiple directions. On the other hand, Studio Gang incorporates a garden to establish a natural component in the framework of the concrete condo tower. The feature is raised one-storey above ground and it connects the building.
