At first glance, the Condesa DF Hotel in Mexico City looks simple, elegant, and like any other hotel you might come across on vacation. Step into the hotel’s courtyard, however, and you’ll be amazed at its spirited, inventive design.
The Condesa DF Hotel by architect Javier Sánchez and interior designer India Mahdavi features a flourish of folding walls in its inner courtyard, which offers a whimsical contrast to its simplistic exterior. Other noteworthy elements of the Condesa DF Hotel include ‘monks’ rooms,’ wooden terraces, and a ‘Myself’ area which features a hammam and gym.
