Côte & Ciel’s newest concept shop is designed by Shanghai-based architecture studio Linehouse. Located in the Sheung Wan neighborhood of Hong Kong, this retail space brings a contemporary design inspiration to life and marries minimalist elements with luxe finishes.
In addition to its grid-like partitions and its concrete-clad cash-out area, this concept shop also boasts a patterned glass facade that mimics its interior details closely. Featuring black and silver metal finishes, this space mixes matte and glossy textures seamlessly and is visually striking without being too ornate.
The boutique's stone materials are juxtaposed with steel elements and are reflective of an industrial design aesthetic. Though stark, the steel elements act as this interior's main adornments. The shop's understated sophistication is also synonymous with Côte & Ciel's brand values and product range -- a true definition of form that meets function.
