The Spanish design agency 'Txaber' set out to create a collection of color coded beer cans by matching different beer types with corresponding Pantone colors. Instead of traditional beer labels, the color-coded cans demonstrate a creative approach to the concept of beer branding.
The project is called 'Beertone' and it involves a collection of different beer types branded with the appropriate Pantone hue. The color-coded beer labels wrap all the way around the cans and bottles, giving the artist a larger canvas to work with than a traditional label. Not only are the labels eye-catching, but they are also unintimidating, making each beer appear accessible to a broad range of consumers.
With more and more craft beer companies emerging, the Beertone project demonstrate a unique branding solution.
