This series of collage portraits could easily be used as vintage decor for a themed Halloween party. Although incredibly artistic, they are also very creepy. Disturbingly surreal, they look as though they came out of a classic Twilight Zone. From rearranged features to sliced scalps and mesmerizing geometric patterns, the collage portraits are out of this world.

Created by German artist Matthieu Bourel, the collage portraits transform the iconic faces of such Old Hollywood stars Gregory Peck and Yul Brenner. Bourel writes, "I like to evoke a fake history or inspire nostalgia for a period in time that never truly existed. The obsession of collecting disparate images from books, old magazines and other found material becomes as much a part of the emerging image as the mark-making."
