Wheeler Kearns Architects is the mind behind the new Clearwater Lake Retreat's design located on a secluded lake along Northern Wisconsin. It is home to graphic designer Bart Crosby, who was looking for a tranquil fishing escape that is outside of the city.
The home is a single-story structure with modern details and is surrounded by lush and rustic nature, covering 2.5 acres of area. The home has a pavilion style and overlooks views on both sides by the windows framed by black details. It opens up large views with ceiling-to-floor glass between heavy stone walls. Additionally, the roof adds a modern element resting over the stone detail but also extends to create a covered porch outdoors.
