Automated Land Surveying Robots

Civ Robotics 'CivDot' Marks Out Parameters in an Automated Manner

The Civ Robotics 'CivDot' is an efficient, automated robotic solution for use on construction sites as a way to accelerate the process of surveying the land and marking out parameters. The roving robot will go to work upon receiving a CSV file that offers all the essential coordinate information and will utilize a can of spray paint to mark out parameters or use a laser light to indicate to human operators where to mark. The unit is rated to offer precision down to 8mm and can lay out up to 3,000 points or markings across 17-miles each day, which is around eight-times faster than a human could otherwise perform.

The Civ Robotics 'CivDot' is currently deployed at job sites around the world with around 100 units in operation with plans for expansion into the near-future expected.
