Borobabi is a woman-owned circular clothing solution that offers sustainably and ethically produced children's garments for rent so that parents can get more use out of items and prevent outgrown clothes from heading to the landfill. The circular clothes solution helps parents borrow and keep items until kids outgrow them, or they go out of season.
It's estimated that parents spend hundreds of dollars yearly on clothing for their kids, only to have kids quickly outgrow them—which leads to a high volume of clothing ending up at the landfill. By disrupting traditional models, Borobabi diverts waste from landfills and aligns with clothing companies that use high-quality organic fibers, sustainable and ethical design processes and share similar social values.
After launching kids clothing, Borobabi plans to introduce maternity styles in August 2021.
