Cibicworkshop has come up with a convex mirror design, inspired by crystal balls that supposedly told people's fortunes in the past. According to DesignBoom, "the convex mirror casts OLED reflections throughout the space, with the luminous surface projecting panels of light from it."
The mirror is placed on the wall of a huge room, with the OLED chandeliers hung throughout the space. Due to the convex shape of the Lucky Eye mirror as it has been so aptly named, the product picks up the rays shot off by the lights in the room, which are then amplified when reflected in the mirror. Looking into the design, everything appears much bigger than it actually is. Considering the grand fortunes that some people were told when looking into crystal balls of the past, this mirror reflects this inflated view some individuals have of the potentials of reality.
