The Christmas Lights Berlin light installation is absolutely breathtaking. As big as big can get, at least it feels that way when looking at them, it is made up of three parts, all of which are inspired by the holiday season. The first is a large dome shape that looks like a constellation of strange stars. The second is a group of suspended cubes that bring to mind cowbells. Last, but not least, is an artificial shrub of illuminated reeds.
The main thing that ties the Christmas Lights Berlin installation together is the squiggly form of the lights themselves. Designed by Brut Deluxe, they each have an atmospheric effect on the space they are installed in.
