While on location in Egypt for a Tourism project, photographer Chris Sisarich was struck by the powerful effect the stark surrounding landscape had on him. Therefore, whenever he could find some free time, he began traveling to some of the most barren expanses he could find in order to begin taking these pictures.
This resulting collection, which Chris Sisarich calls 'Somehwere in the Middle of Nowhere,' has an eerie, almost otherworldly feel to it despite the fact that each location is real and each photograph is unaltered.
