Starbird's New Chimi Chop Salad is Here for Spring 2026

The premium chicken chain Starbird recently introduced a new Chimichurri menu featuring cravable new dishes like the Chimi Chop Salad and the Chimichurri Star.

If you're unfamiliar with Chimichurri, the sauce is a staple of Argentinian cooking, made from a blend of fresh herbs, garlic, olive oil, and vinegar. Starbird's new Chimichurri menu puts this sauce front and center by using fresh herbs to craft four delicious new dishes. First up is the Chimi Chop Salad, which features crispy chicken, fresh greens, chimichurri-marinated white beans, marinated charred red peppers, and other tasty ingredients, all tossed with a roasted garlic aioli drizzle and chimichurri dressing. Other dishes on the new menu include the Chimichurri Star, the Chimichurri Wings, and the Chimi Fries.
