In an effort to cater to the growing number of consumers looking for low-carb alternatives to their favorite dishes, Portillo’s has introduced a new lineup of low-carb bowls that include the new Classic Beef Bowl and Chicago Combo Bowl.
Portillo’s new Bowls lineup is essentially a deconstructed take on some of its most popular sandwiches. The result is easy-to-eat dishes that are "all gains, less grains." More specifically, the Classic Beef Bowl features the chain's popular Italian beef and gravy, while the Chicago Combo Bowl boasts a hearty combo of Italian beef and Italian Sausage. There's also an Italiano Bowl that features Italian beef, marinara sauce, a big meatball, and Parmesan cheese. All bowls can be further customized with cheese or peppers for an extra fee.
