Castello di Casole is a resort and spa in the Italian region of Tuscany that offers a fruitful spa package. Essere Spa, the spa located on the Castello di Casole premises, chose to create a wine-inspired treatment because of the location itself. The section of the estate that house Essere Spa used to be a wine cellar, and the region is surrounded by currently operating vineyards. As such, wine is plentiful.

The spa's 110-minute package includes a body scrub that is made from grapeseed oil, honey, wine, and brown sugar, and a red wine bath and hydro-massage.
