Immersive Wine Experiences

NUMU Boutique Hotel Introduced its Rotating 'Wine Series'

NUMU Boutique Hotel in San Miguel de Allende presents its rotating 'Wine Series,' an immersive experience celebrating Guanajuato’s growing wine industry. Each quarter, the hotel features a different local winery, offering guests an opportunity to explore the region’s diverse flavors and winemaking techniques.

Currently, the spotlight is on Dominio de las Abejas, known for its "minimal intervention methods that highlight the natural qualities of the land." NUMU also partners with Santísima Trinidad, a winery "recognized for its Chardonnay, Merlot, and Tempranillo, while offering exclusive tours while Viñedo San Miguel—the largest vineyard in Guanajuato—provides panoramic tasting experiences."

Guanajuato’s winemakers blend Old and New World techniques, incorporating organic and low-intervention methods with modern advancements like temperature-controlled fermentation. Through NUMU’s Wine Series, guests can discover the region’s finest wines while enjoying a refined and immersive stay.
