Trader Joe's recently launched a vegan-friendly, organic Cashew Fiesta Dip that's branded as a "dairy-free cheese dip alternative," which has the potential to be used as a replacement for queso.
As its name suggests, the Cashew Fiesta Dip is made with a base of nuts and comes with a plant-powered ingredient list that also includes potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers and spices. The dip is also free from soy and oil, and is said to be best served warm.
