1933 Industries and premium cannabis-infused food brand Pantry are teaming up to make gourmet, chef-created cannabis-infused edibles that focus on all-natural ingredients without preservatives or artificial flavours. Some of the products that will be available in select markets include the vegan-friendly Cannabis Infused Peach Pate de Fruit, which takes the form of "real fruit puree in gummy form," the Cannabis Infused Frankies 457 Olive Oil Ganache Bonbon that envelops dark chocolate ganache and extra virgin olive oil in a chocolate shell. As part of the collaboration, other types of ganache bonbons will also be available.
Pantry and 1933 Industries are also creating Cannabis Infused Cacao Keto Bites that are vegan, dairy-free, low-glycemic and naturally sweetened with coconut sugar.
All of these new gummies, bonbons and bites have the potential to appeal to health-conscious consumers who are looking for elevated food experiences.
