The Brembo brake calipers are a new series of special car calipers that have a special design that allows them to bring together low weight with the same rigidity associated with the best quality calipers.
The special design is marked by five openings that create hollow areas in specific low-stress areas. The cavities in the caliper body help save as much as eight per cent of weight in total, which is why the calipers weigh as little as they do.
These new Brembo calipers will be available in four different versions. While there isn't a whole lot of information on whether there will be calipers for non-four-piston setups, Brembo has revealed that they are looking to supply car manufacturers with brake kits that are specifically compatible to high-end car models.
