Initially a family project, the Adoboloco sauce quickly grew into a lucrative business, and its bold packaging was designed by Buzzsaw Studios Inc. After not knowing what to do with some ripe Jalapeño peppers, this family created its own recipe that became a success among friends and relatives.

The branding and packaging design is also the result of a family effort. The logo of the sauce -- the rooster with two heads -- was created by one of the daughters, who was inspired herself by her pet rooster. Then, in order to show the rich Jalapeño flavor and stand out in the market, the label was kept clean and bold with red accents. This choice of hue also works well because the sauce has a light yellowish tonality, allowing the label to stand out.
