The redesign maintains the brand's established minimalist aesthetic but introduces a more prominent placement of the company name and its octopus mascot, which has been given a brighter red coloration.

With this refresh of the brand's visual identity, Bachan's hopes to enhance its shelf visibility and simplify the process for consumers to identify their preferred flavors. The formula for the Japanese-inspired barbecue sauces remains unchanged, though one variant has been renamed from 'Hot & Spicy' to 'Sweet & Spicy' to more accurately reflect its flavor profile. The updated packaging is currently being distributed to the brand's extensive network of retail partners across the United States.

The company's continued emphasis on its heritage, cold-fill process, and absence of artificial ingredients remains a key trust signal for health-conscious shoppers seeking authentic, minimally processed condiments.
