Cancer Research UK is now offering free breathing tests via bus shelter posters rather than through a health clinic.
The new, interactive posters feature a small hole that can be blown into to reveal a message just below. The longer a person is able to blow, the more of the message they'll be able to see. It includes text like: "If you are a smoker you might not get much further than this line," and advises that those who are short of breath get help from a Stop Smoking advisor.
Just last month, Cancer Research UK launched its Smart Benches on the streets as a means of providing a place for people to sit, connect to Wi-Fi, charge a mobile device and potentially even make a donation.
