Breakfast Cereal Cocktails

The Cupcake Project's Breakfast Cocktail Calls for Lucky Charms

'The Baileys Breakfast Cocktail' is an unconventional drink recipe shared by Stefani Hope Pollack of The Cupcake Project and bartender Matthew Longueville as part of a unique three-part series. As well as making for a standout drink garnish, the cereal plays off the creamy texture of the drink and offers a fun pop of color.

Although the images presented of The Baileys Breakfast Cocktail show the recipe being made with Lucky Charms, the recipe page also notes that Cinnamon Toast Crunch and other breakfast cereals would also make flavorful substitutes.

Many breakfast cereals may be created and branded for kids, but there are plenty of cereal cafes and desserts that boast specific appeal to much older audiences.
