Risotto Brand Riso Gallo has announced a brand birthday celebration event that will feature a partnership with Danilo Cortellini, the head chef of the Italian Embassy in London. The pop-up dining experience celebrating the brand's 160th birthday and will be designed for Riso Gallo by Cortellini and will highlight the product's best uses as well as reward brand fans.
The brand birthday celebration will feature a menu designed by chef Cortellini that is described as "an homage to risotto," and will take place a corporate cooking school Venturi's Table. The event will sell tickets and as such, benefit a local charity,
